Abstract

Making an overview of the research on primary factors in enterprise informatization,the paper puts for-ward 14 primary factors that may impact information systems performance in the enterprises,and determines key fac-tors and weight coefficient by the informatization data of 76 firms in Hangzhou based on rough set theory,and get 12 key factors that is closely related to the success of enterprise informatization of Hangzhou,among them the high pro-portion in informatization investment is an important foundation of successful informatization.
