Abstract
In order to explore the effect of water copper on the content of hepatopancreas CP mRNA in Cyprinus carpio, some Cyprinus carpio were stimulated by 0,0.21,0.30,0.43,0.60,0.81 mg / L of Cu2 + at the same time, and on the 2,4,6,8,10th day after treatment, the contents of hepatopancreas CP mRNA were respectively monitored by using semi-quantitative RTPCR method. The results indicated that: under the simulation of different concentrations of copper in water body, the expression of CP mRNA in the liver and pancreas of Cyprinus carpio showed a time dependence and a dose dependence.Along with the change of the time,CP mRNA expression at first increased and then decreased;the CP mRNA expression could reach a peak, but the peak time was not the same.
