Abstract
To construct the harmonious society,it's a must to reinforce the construction of democracy and legal system and promote social justice.The value orientation of economic law as well as its essence and its development conception are all in accordance with the inner requirements of the harmonious society.Economic law will definitely play an irreplaceable role in the construction of the harmonious society.Meanwhile,the effective exertion of its function lies in the improvement of its specific system in the pursuit of fulfilling the realistic need of constructing the harmonious society.
