Abstract
The musical culture of in the Song Dynasty has two clear features compared with that in the Tang Dynasty.One is that music was not merely of service to the ruling class,on the contrary,it had been spread among the masses.The other feature is the popularization of musical culture had played an important part in the prosperous economy of the Song Dynasty.
