Abstract
Using Solidworks software to establish three-dimensional(3D) morphological modeling for punching-welding axle housing and analyzing this 3D morphological model through finite element method with ANSYS Workbench software, the paper calculates the lower 6 orders natural frequencies and vibratory modals of axle housing using Block Lancos method, then studies the relationship between the axle housing structure and its vibratory characteristics, which provides theoretical and engineering basis for improving the design of punching-welding axle housing.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
