The Difficulties and Reflection of Career Education

Abstract

College career education is not very effective. One reason is that the tool value concept, leading the aims of career education offsetting; Another is that lacking of inheritance and innovation, career education contents limited; In order to change career education, should learn from Chinese ancient educational thought of harmony philosophy, make the career education adapt the China's national conditions.
