On the Evaluation Criteria for Rationality of Practice

Abstract
The evaluation criteria for rationality of practice should be defined respectively according to the three indispensible parts:rationality of end,rationality of instrument and rationality of value.A scientific system of rationality of practice must organically and dialectically unite the three criteria on the basis of specific content and form of practice.
