Abstract

This paper has mainly discussed knowledge being the source of enterprise competitive advantage in the knowledge economical age,and put emphasis on elaborating the models,characters and efficacy of the enterprise knowledge value chain,as well as the function mechanism of the knowledge value chain in both the enterprise and the value network.It also pointed out that enterprise might obtain more everlasting competitive advantage through strengthening knowledge value chain function.
