Abstract
This paper argues that reality's need to attack and prevent international crimes advocates birth and development of international criminal law.However,international criminal law,as a law to regulate international crimes,brings out legal rules and protection for safeguarding international crimes.Hence,that is to say,the relation between international crimes and international criminal law is interdependent and growing together.
