Abstract

The inorganic antibacterial compound was prepared using silicon sol as carrier with Ag~+,TiO_2,ZnO and Al_2(SiO_3)_3 in this paper. The antibacterial agent was added to make the antibacterial gel coat resin. The effect of the preparation parameters, content and type of antibacterial agents and preparation parameters of the gel coat resin on the antibacterial performance of antibacterial gel coat resin was studied. The experimental results showed that the antibacterial rate increased with the sinter temperature rising first and then decreased. When the sinter temperature reached 1000℃,the antibacterial gel coat resin had the highest antibacterial rate. With the more grinding time, the antibacterial rate increased. When the grinding time exceeded 6 hours, the increasing extent of the antibacterial rate decreased. With the content of styrene rising, the antibacterial rate increased, and when styrene reached 10ml,the antibacterial rate was 94%.With the more mixing time, the antibacterial rate increased, and the antibacterial rate was 94% for one hour mixing.
