Abstract
Objective To disucss the methods and effects of B ultrasound guided multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy for staghorn calculi. Methods Review the clinical data of 61 cases(81 case/time) of B ultrasound guided multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy for staghorn calculi. Results Precise multiple channels were established in all cases, includine 56 of two-channel and 5 of three-channel.The average operation time was 100 min, average hospitalization time 10.5 d(ranging from 9~30 d),average volume of blood loss 120 mL,total stone clearance rate 96.7%.Conclusion B ultrasound guided multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a safe and effective way to treat staghorn calculi with the features of high stone clearance rate, small trauma and less complications etc.
