Treatment of pterygium with cinjuntiva and corneal limbal autograft transplantation.

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of pteryg ium resection and conjunctiva and corneal limbal autograft in the treatment of p terygium.Methods 58 cases(64 eyes)with pterygium were treated with pte rygium resection and conjunctiva and corneal limbal autograft.The follow-up tim e ranged from 6 months to 18 months.Results Tow eyes were recurred(3.12%).No complications were ob served.Conclusions Pterygium excision and corneal limbal autograft is a simple,safe and effective surgical methods for the treatment of pterygium.
