Laurence's masterpiece Sons and Lovers presents us a description of his early life experiences and his subtle relationship with his parents in a semi-autobiographical form.Seeing from the perspective of narrative focalization,the novel resorts to the means of focalization transformation,in other words,Laurence mainly adopts zero focalization accompanied properly by the way of inner focalization.
