Abstract
Aiming at the problem of poor binding force to airworthiness certification activities of airworthiness regulations, a certification mode that can provide an effective knowledge constraint to airworthiness certification activities is established through resolving and recombining the airworthiness regulations and verification technologies.Confirming the supporting role of knowledge to certification activities, a certification knowledge unit is obtained from the established resolving model of airworthiness certification techniques. Furthermore, the certification knowledge unit is obtained from the recombination of certification technique knowledge unit and airworthiness regulation knowledge attribute informations, and its mechanisms in certification activities are analyzed. Example indicates that the recombinational certification knowledge unit can provide efficient trigger to the execution of airworthiness certification activities. The established restrained mode has positive guiding function to the standardization and high efficiency of airworthiness certification activities ' execution.
