On Our Country's Levels of Legal Effectuality and Limits of the Jurisdiction of the Legislative Power

The Statutes of Legislation of the People's Republic of China. The Statutes of Legislation clearly stipulates, of our country, the main bodies of legislation, the legislative power and the limits of the jurisdiction of the legislative power, sums up the experience and lessons in previous practice, substantiates the principle and content of separate legislation at the central and local levels, and, by combining making generalizations and giving examples, determines the limits of the jurisdiction of the legislative power on the part of the main bodies of legislation, thus beginning to change the previous situation in which the main bodies of the administrative legislation infringe upon the jurisdiction of the legislative power belonging to the organs of power.
