Abstract

Water source heat pump is a kind of technology of utilizing renewable energy.Developing background,concept and working principle of water source heat pump were introduced and compared with boiler and air source heat pump in this aspect of applying energy.The characteristic of water source heat pump was described in detail.The basic situations of applying water source heat pump in China and abroad were presented and its application prospect in China was previewed.Some problems in popularizing and applying water source heat pump were put forward.
