Clinical effect of Xinyankang capsule on viral myocarditis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xinyankang capsule on viral myocarditis.Method 118 patients with Xinyankang capsule on viral myocarditis were randomly allocated to treatment group and control group.Patients in control group(n=57) were treated by routine therapy(Vitamin C,200mg,Ubidecarenone,20mg,three times a day).Patients in treatment group(n=61) were treated by Xinyankang capsule,4 pills three times a day.The course in both groups was 3 months.The symptoms,signs and blood analysis were carried on to compare the effects in both groups.Result Improvement of symptoms of electrocardiogram in treatment group was superior to that in control group.The total effective rate in treatment group(82.0%) was higher than that in control group(59.6%,P0.05).Conclusion Xinyankang capsule showed better effect on treatment of viral myocarditis.
