Abstract
A case of trichilemmal cyst in the leg is reported.A 59-year-old woman presented with nodulous lesions on her right leg for one year.Clinical diagnosis was epidermal cyst.Histopathological examination revealed that the cyst was trichilemmal cyst.Excision was the treatment of choice.
