Abstract

Harmonious development of human settlements environment has universal typical rules. After analyzing the impact brought about by rules of nature, society, economy, technology and ecology on the evolution of traditional human settlements environment development, this paper puts forward that coordination of the five rules is the essential drive for the development of human settlements, and proposes control methods fitting in with the human settlements from macroscopic and microcosmic views.
