Abstract

The bacterium of YC-X11 DVS starter culture was isolated and identified,the result indicated that the YC-X11 DVS starter culture was composed of Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp,Lactobacillus helveticus and S.thermophilus,Lactobacillus helveticus is a special bacterium by lens examination and need identification ulteriorly.
