Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the curative effect of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium by transcervical resection of endometrium (TCRE). [Methods] Clinical data of 30 patients with atypical hyperplasia of endometrium were analyzed after TCRE. [Results] 44% had amenorrhea, 24% had hypomenorrhea, 16% had normal menstrual flow, 16% were failed after surgery. 84% were effective. 85.71% of Endometrium had reversed, 76.19% had normal Endometrium. 4% run to endometrial adenocarcinoma. [Conclusion] The data suggest that the treatment of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium by TCRE have satisfying effect. The postoperative curative effect of light atypical hyperplasia of endometrium is significantly higher than middle and serious one. It should be the first choice for the patients of young or infertility or to be not able to bear hysterectomy.
