Abstract
There's not really final responsibility for joint debts,the non-final after the responsible person to fulfill payment obligations can be responsible to the final recovery,and no responsible person is not really final joint debt,the debtor is no common relationship between subjective and can not divide the Proportion of the debtor's fault,so no internal claims between the debtor.
