Abstract

The construction of deep foundation pit has quite high risk due to creep characteristics of soft soil,the complexity of circumstance and irreversibility of projects in Shanghai area.The risk management becomes one of the most important phases and aspects in project risk management.Taking a typical project in Shanghai as example,the paper analyzes risk factors and illuminates relevant measures for risk management of the construction of deep foundation pit in Shanghai.
