Citizens are the main body of pushing forward the life-long learning.Paying attention to this main body is the fundamental work of building the life-long learning system and a learning society.Investigation shows that while the importance of life-long learning has been highly recognized by our citizens,their understanding of it still needs to be aroused.People's demand and motive of learning has transferred more to self-developing,and change happens in their learning method and cost investing.We need to adopt verity of ways to widely propaganda the thought of life-long learning,increase people's recognition and understanding of life-long learning and learning society,invest more money and enhance the construction of public education infrastructure,and create a favorable environment for citizens'life-long learning.
