On the Evolution of Views of Nature and the Strategy of Harmonious Coexistence between Humans and Nature

Abstract
With the evolution of human society and the development of productive forces,the view of man and nature has gone through three stages: the stage of man's passive adaptation to nature,the stage of man's active conquering nature,and the stage of man's harmonious coexistence with nature.These three stages have been going forward one after another while reflecting the unity between the continuity and discontinuity of the development of nature and society as well as the gradual deepening of the conscious understanding of the relationship between man and nature.Only when we reflect the past,renew our thoughts,respect the law of nature and insist on the scientific view of development while dealing with matters according to law can we realize the harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
