Abstract

Using biological markers as pesticide toxicity evaluation was paid more and more attention. And biological markers were screened to study the chronic effects of difenoconazole and propiconazole on the aquatic organism.[Methods] It performed the relationship between the GST activity of Daphnia magna and time and application dosage, which Daphnia magna was treated at the concentration level of EC50 and different concentration levels after 48 h.[Results] The results showed that along with the time of treatment of difenoconazle and propiconazol prolonged, the GST activity increased significantly(P0.05) and got the peak after treated in 48 h.The GST activity went up while the concentration of difenoconazle and propiconazol increased. The inductivity got the peak value of 324.84%,when the D.magna was treated at the concentration of 1.00 mg/L.[Conclusions] The results indicated that the GST was a suitable biomarkers to evaluate the toxicity of difenoconazole and propiconazol.
