This paper briefly expounds the conceptions, marks and contents of the informatization, and through the investigation and analysis on our country's information production (including the scale, structure, technique level, management level and internationalization level ) and the information application (including the governmental informatization, industrial informatization and enterprise informatization), reveals the general state of the development of our country's informatization.
