Abstract
Objective:To study the relationship between sperm morphology and acrosin activities. Methods:The sperm morphology were analyzed by automated sperm morphology analyzer(ASMA) and the sperm acrosin activities were determined by elasa. Results:The acrosin activities of abnormal sperm morphology group are lower than that of normal sperm morphology group(P0.05).The normal morphology sperm rate of abnormal acrosin group is lower than that of normal acrosin group(P0.001).There were significantly positive correlation relationship between the acrosin activities and the rate of normal sperm orphology(r=0.169,P0.001).Conclusion:The sperm morphology could affect sperm acrosin activities.
