Patterns and Trends of Anti-dumping after Founding of WTO:A Worldwide Perspective

Abstract

After the founding of WTO,anti-dumping which has become the lawful measures to protect its domestic industries has been retained.This paper analyses in a macro way.the overall development trend of anti-dumping 11 years since the founding of WTO.It gives special focus on global trade and the United States,the European Union and India which are the typical representatives in the area of anti-dumping.On this basis,China launched an anti-dumping investigation of the trends,as well as in the global anti-dumping investigations initiated to be followed in the position were discussed.
