Abstract
Objective To study the changes of perfusion parameters in liver cirrhosis patients with multi-slice spiral CT.Methods Double dynamic perfusion CT scans of liver were performed in 48 participants,including 28 patients with liver cirrhosis(different Child-Pugh degree) as liver cirrhosis group and 20 cases who were no abnormal in the liver as control group,then the time-density curves were drawn and the perfusion parameters were calculated.Results The mean of hepatic artery perfusion(HAP),portal venous perfusion(PVP),total hepatic blood flow(THBF) and hepatic artery perfusion index(HAI) in control group were(0.3384±0.1409)ml·min~(-1)·ml~(-1),(1.1063±0.3571) ml·min~(-1)·ml~(-1),(1.4449±0.4633) ml·min~(-1)·ml~(-1),(23.37±6.12)%,respectively.There was a rule in the Child-Pugh A,B,C cirrhotic patients : the HAP increased compared to the control group,but they decreased step by step(0.4714±0.1657,0.4521±0.1019,0.4401±0.8209) ml·min~(-1)·ml~(-1);the PVP and the THBF decreased step by step (0.9403±0.1882,0.8362±0.1607,0.7365±0.1235) ml·min~(-1)·ml~(-1);(1.4148±0.3367,1.2884±0.2315,1.1766±0.1705) ml·min~(-1)·ml~(-1),respectively;the HAI increased gradually(30.48±4.93,35.04±5.01,37.37±4.38)%.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can measure the hepatic perfusion parameters accurately.The changes of the liver perfusion parameters were correlated with the severity of liver cirrhosis.
