Economic Analysis of Investment

There is various means of investment. And their variation from general investment to capital property investment is the result of social changes. They are different between economic investment and financial investment. In economic investment it means increasing total social funds and raising ability of offering products and services to the society, but it doesn’t make investment to purchase stocks, while in financial investment it holds that investment is achievement of funds’ increment regardless of purchasing stocks or founding enterprises. Based on the same purposes, distributions of resources in capital market, investment in economics and investment in finance have been merged. Though aims of investment and consumption are different, differences between investment and production lie in differences of achievement time of capital circulation in the process of social reproduction and achievement of social value.
