Main Pollution Sources above Harbin Part of Songhua River and Its Control

In recent years the upstresm of Songhua River had exposed water quality problems,through discussing above the main pollution sources of Harbin part of Songhua River,such as distribution,type,size,etc,the tendency of upstresm of songhua river’s water quality was analyzed.Then the main cause that Harbin part of Songhua River water polluted was discussed,meanwhile,because of Songhua River pollution incident in 2005,it′s put forward to a feasible scheme of response mechanism to solve the environment pollution incident,and the Songhua River water pollution prevention measures were summarized.
