Abstract
Objective To develop a chiral separation method for the enantiomers of analogs of Baogongteng A by using the mobile phase constituted of n-hexane, 2-propanol and diethylamine with column CHIRALPAK AD. Methods The chromatographic conditions such as mobile phase, flow rate, temperature of chiral separation were investigated. Results Optimum chiral separation for racemates of four analogs of Baogongteng A ( Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ ,Ⅳ ) was obtained. Conclusion The method is efficacious, convenient and reliable. It can be used for the analysis of optical purity of analogs of Baogongteng A.
