From the interest rate regulation to the interest rate liberalization

Abstract
In essence,Interest rate regulation is incompatible with the principles of the competitive market.To completely establish the market based economic system in our country objectively requires interest rate liberalization.At the same time,to join into the world trade organization(WTO)offers badly demand for interest rate liberalization.In terms of recent economic and financial situation,we have the preliminary condition for interest rate liberalization.
