Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to discuss,through four changes happened in foreign language teaching and learning,the influence of internet and Web to the foreign language teaching and the set-up of new teaching models.The paper aims to prove that the application of modern educational technology serves as a response to the call of higher quality of foreign language teaching.
