Abstract

The freezing resistance of Korla fragrant pears was studied in this article. The branches were treated by different concentration of SA(0.5,1.0,2.0 mmol/L),Put(1,5,5mmol/L),Spd(0.5,1.0,2.0 mmol/L) before the leaves fall, the resistance freeze of Korla fragrant pears on artificially lower temperature were analyzed.Test results show that the relative electrical conductivity, proline,MDA and SOD accumulation contribution reached 94.1%.These can be used as main identification indexes of freezing resistance of Korla pear.Especially the relative electrical conductivity was 71.6% which can be used as the identification rate of freezing resistance of Korla fragrant pear, the sequence of freezing resistance of the branches treated with 3 treatments were as follows:branches is 1.0 mmol/L SA2.0 mmol/L SA5.0 mmol/L Put1.0 mmol/L Spd0.5 mmol/L SpdCK.So in agriculture production, spraying 1.0~2.0 mmol/L SA after fruit harvest can improve the freezing resistance of Korla fragrant pears in over-wintering stage.
