Enhancing the Core Competitive Power of Enterprises by Using Strategic Alliance

The core competitive power is the integrated knowledge and skill existing in an organization,especially the knowledge and skill related to integration of different skills and technology.Most Chinese enterprises don't own core competitive power,or even have no idea of this concept.This paper then proposes the countermeasures of establishing core competitive power by using strategic alliance,and introduces the influence of strategic alliance on technological innovation in Chinese enterprises.
