Market economy is a mode of economy operation which distributes resources on the basis of market mechanism,and it can optimize social resource distribution.During the course of economy system transforming in our country,environmental problem has become more and more prominent,but market mechanism itself is helpless for the conflicts between economy development and environment.While developing our socialism market economy,we must exercise comprehensively law methods and economic tools to resolve the environmental problem,to realize good circling mechanism of harmony between market economy and environment,and to accelerate the social harmonious development.
