Abstract

In recent years,Miao minority Shuigu Dance in Dagaowu villiage of Jianhe county of southeastern Guizhou has become more and more popular because of the performances and its unique culture.Based on the fieldwork,this paper discusses the origin,original forms and cultural connotation of Miao minority Shuigu Dance at the background of its farming culture,the purpose of which is that we can know more about the history of Miao minority Shuigu Dance and protect and develop Miao minority Shuigu Dance.
