Abstract
The Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Revolutionary Area has made great contribution to Chinese revolutionary cause.Yet its establishment has undergone tremendous hardships which include the lack of resources,precarious foundation for revolution,weak local party strength,and escalating difficulty in provision because of frequent military fightings.A just view on the hardships faced by Sichuan-Shanxi Soviet Revolutionary Area will help us to understand its achievements and to appreciate its contribution to revolutionary cause more deeply.
