Abstract
Along with the development of modern communication technologies,the contemporary trend of the media culture has emerged in Chinese culture and contemporary culture as a unique culture of the media.At the same time,trend of the media culture has brought both positive and negative effects of modern media should establish a unique cultural character,the establishment of the dominant scale.
