Abstract
The establishment of Mao Zedong's Marxist constitution view had experienced a complex process.Mao had experienced the practice of Capitalist democratic constitution as well as Reformist constitution thought.Under the instruction of the world view of Marxism,Mao realized that forming the working classes constitutional system must establish the democratic constitutionalism of the most citizens,which can only come true by way of revolution-the proletariat revolution and dictatorship.That symbolized the formal establishment of Mao's Marxist constitution view and settled the problems: for whom should the constitution set and how to set.Researching into Mao's constitutional theory has great significance to the construction of Chinese political power and democratic legislation.
