Abstract

Objective:Evaluation the results of intensive chemotherapy regimens in the treatment of children B cell non Hodgkins lymphomas. Methods:Evaluating the results and survival rates of 26 cases childrens B cell non Hodgkins lymphoma treated with CHOP/HDMTX and BFM regimens since 1990. Results:The CR rate was 88.5%for all patients, and overall response rate was 92.4%. The 3 year survival rate (SR) in CHOP/HDMTX regimen was 39.5%and 1 year SR in BFM regimen was 68.6%,The median survival time were 22.1 and 28.1 months respectively. Conclusions:The intensive chemotherapy regimen can produce high CR rate and improved SR . According to the results of CR and SR,we think it is worth to use BFM regimen in more patients and observe its effects in childrenB cell non Hodgkins lymphoma.
