The Integrated Development Research of Low Carbon Economy and Recycling Economy——A Case Study of Sichuan Province

Low carbon economy emphasis on the carbon emission becomes lesser little by little and recycling economy on the recycling and high efficiency use in the economic activities.They are the main body of the construction of resource saving and environmental harmony society.Therefore,it is not a scientific way to emphasis on low carbon economy or recycling economy.The paper carries a study on Sichuan Province as an example to explore the integrated development of low carbon economy or recycling economy based on the analysis of its necessarily and basis.Firstly,it analyzed the necessary for Sichuan Province to develop low-carbon economy and the recycling economy integrated and noted the need for each natural regional natural features,and development constraints of key resources on environment,and low-carbon economy and recycling economy and collaboration with the development needs between economic development and environmental protection,and economic principles is a low-carbon economy and the development of circular economy.At last,we explored the different integrated development paths depending on the different characteristics of circular economy and low-carbon economy of the main functional areas on the basis of the different focus of low carbon economy and recycling economy.
