Molecular marker techniques,such as RFLP、RAPD、AFLP、SSR、STS and SNP are introduced, and the following aspects of their application in wheat breeding are discussed: gene tagging and location,genetic mapping,identification and marker of alien chromosomes,identification of germplasm resources and assisted breeding.
