The Basic Characteristics of Coast Guard Personnel

Abstract

Coast guard is an important force of maintaining the rights and interests and enforcing the law at sea in our country,and coast guard with high quality is the assurance for coast guard to finish its mission.Grasping the basic characteristics of coast guard personnel is the prerequisite in carrying out the higher coast guard education.This paper discusses the basic characteristics of coast guard personnel from the nature aspects of human,law enforcement,military,foreign concerning and strategy.
