Abstract

The third party payment attracts the attention of more and more e-commerce researchers by taking its great advantages of convenience in money collection and payment,developable functions,guarantee of credit intermediary.This paper probes into the significance and advantages of the third party payment as well as difficulties encountered and then gives some suggestions to the third party payment to overcome the difficulties it meets.
