A Rethink of Legislator

The term be used in many ways. Abstractly,legislators can be gods,or the people,or sovereigns. Specifically,a legislator can be an organization,such as the legislature or a particular person. As a legislator in person,he / she can either be a great politician or sage so that he / she can create a rechtssystem,or be a jurist of the legislature,engaging in technical legislation,amending and improving the existing laws. Starting from sorting out such usages of the term legislator,this paper tries to rethink the term legislator through induction and deduction. This paper holds that a real legislator should be a professional jurist with relevant attainments,understanding life and society,apprehending the spirit of law,mastering legislature techniques and committing to the course of legislation.
