Abstract

Taking Meizhou city of Guangdong Province as a case,the existing problems in the economic development in mountainous areas were analyzed according to the characteristics of mountainous area.And it was pointed that the key for developing the economy of mountainous areas was to plan scientifically the orientation of industrial development and take effective development measures on basis of their own advantages.
