Discussion on the Knowledge Transfer in Cultivating the Core Competitive Power of Enterprise

Starting from the connotation and extension of the core competitive power of enterprise, this paper expound the significance of the knowledge transfer in cultivating the core competitive power of transnational enterprise, and advances some countermeasures for the knowledge transfer in cultivating the core competitive power of enterprise.
